The annual Christmas draw is
one of
Worthing
& Sussex Branch main events
where we all get together for a fun
Christmas party to pull crackers and to fire party
poppers at each other exchange cards and put on silly
hats. It was a lovely day in Worthing and
58 lucky people came along to support the event and with 30
super prizes to draw Bob and his team of helpers got straight down
to work. The prizes included bottles of wine,
chocolates and this years first prize was another super
32” flat screen LCD TV and despite the continuing credit
crunch the draw took an incredible £2116 an absolutely
super result and it’s big big big thanks to all those
who gave prizes and sold tickets. Well done.
There then followed a lovely
Christmas tea, lots of festive party food, seasonal
cakes and the distribution of Christmas presents for all
those members attending. Another very jolly event indeed
and we wish you all a very Happy Christmas and
prosperous new year.
