Christmas Draw at Durrington.

The 2011 Worthing Branch Annual Christmas draw took place in the new community hall at the Tesco’s complex in Durrington after the old hall had been knocked down to make way for a car park.  (It’s a mad world.)                                                                                                                                             
Over seventy members attended and were served hot snacks, cakes and drinks along with crackers and party poppers to pull.  Barbara & Bob Stephens and all their helpers and supporters were congratulated by the Branch’s President Mr Royston Nicholls and by the Branch’s Treasurer Mr Jim Tidy on yet another very successful Draw which raised an incredible £2,143.00 -  the second best result ever.   Grateful thanks to everyone who donated prizes and to those who sold tickets to friends and family.
