Annual BBQ 16th August 2009 |

We think that this is the
42nd polio BBQ Bob and Barbara have held at their house, and you would think by now that it would be perfect, well, actually it was, perfectly cooked burgers, perfectly cooked sausages and perfectly cooked chicken, there were about 70 hungry tummies to fill this time, and all were very satisfied indeed and
to top it all the weather perfect as well.
I took a very credible £98 on my zero and five tombola, and with the help of
Terry and Gaynor we sold every ticket. The
raffle raised another £97.
It was also nice to see a few kiddies enjoying themselves amongst us all and don’t they love to help hand out the prizes, a duty they love to perform.
